Cayucos Sanitary District Operations & Maintenance Facility

New construction of a single-story masonry building to accommodate a new garage and shop for the Cayucos Sanitary District. Construction consisted of site development, epoxy floor coatings, decorative iron railings, casework, accessories, windows and skylights, paver block parking lot, landscape, ceramic tile, fire sprinkler and fire alarm system, HVAC, electrical, roll-up doors and stucco.
