Construction of a new two story Housing Administration Building at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, approximate 8,400 square feet. The building was constructed of steel and prefabricated wood structural framing. Complete with an elevator system and interior finishes.
This project included the modernization of four buildings including interior finishes, doors, glazing, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Exterior improvements included new roofing, metal soffits, painting, removal of lockers, covered walk repair, shading devices, skylights, concrete and ADA improvements.

This project included full roof replacement to selected existing buildings and covered walkways, patching and repairs necessary from reroofing work and mechanical, plumbing and electrical work associated with the reroofing work. All work was completed on an active school campus.

Remodel of existing Shell Beach Fire Station #63 and addition of storage, living and dining areas. Alterations included a remodeled kitchen, addition of fire sprinklers, reconfiguration of living and storage areas, ADA improvements, hardscape, fencing and landscape.
The project included the re-support of the building floor, repair of interior and exterior finishes, upgrade of site drainage system and installation of seismic improvements. As the project site was restricted, careful coordination, planning and care went into completing and preserving this community building.
This project included the removal of the existing 4180v electrical infrastructure and replacement with 480v system, including new 2500A electrical service.
