This LLB project consisted of turning two classrooms into special education classrooms supplying access to adjacent pull-out rooms and a new accessible restroom with changing area. Work performed included carpentry, floor cover, ceramic tile, paint, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire alarm.

This project included modernization of (5) buildings and removal of (8) relocatable buildings. The modernization included abatement and complete gut of the buildings with new lights, HVAC, plumbing systems, technology, windows, doors, roofing, casework and interior finishes.
