Remodel of existing Shell Beach Fire Station #63 and addition of storage, living and dining areas. Alterations included a remodeled kitchen, addition of fire sprinklers, reconfiguration of living and storage areas, ADA improvements, hardscape, fencing and landscape.
The project included the re-support of the building floor, repair of interior and exterior finishes, upgrade of site drainage system and installation of seismic improvements. As the project site was restricted, careful coordination, planning and care went into completing and preserving this community building.
Repair of retaining wall at two bolted steel water tanks. Work involved drilling, concrete retaining walls, and site drainage. Careful planning and coordination was required during the project as the jobsite was in a compact, residential location.
