Constructed a 5,945 square foot quad classroom and 3,160 square foot duplex classroom building along with associated site work, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, interior finishes, folding glass walls, doors, structural steel and CMU block. Upgraded existing site utilities along with modernizing 8 outdoor patio areas.
Roofing replacement on three buildings and connecting covered walkways. Work also included mechanical, plumbing, electrical, painting, site concrete and site drainage.
Renovated two restrooms along with ADA and site improvements
This project consisted of asbestos and lead mitigation, modernization and ADA upgrades to 5 restrooms at high school campus. Careful coordination was required with three of the restrooms that were located in their special needs building and kitchen facility.
This project included modernization to five buildings including interior finishes, doors, glazing, casework, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and new fire alarm devices. Exterior improvements included the path of travel, new roofing and relocation/upgrades to accessible parking.
This project included site and electrical work for the installation of one 24’ x 40’ relocatable building. Work performed included earthwork, electrical trenching, site concrete, interior utilities and interior accessories.
This project modernized a major portion of this elementary school. It included minor site work, replacement of underground utilities, trenching for new piping and conduit and replacement of concrete walks required for accessibility. Exterior surfaces were replaced and/or refinished.
This project involved maintenance work of Building 1800 and 1900 at a high school campus to demo and infill landscape planter and complete exterior painting of both buildings.
This LLB project consisted of turning two classrooms into special education classrooms supplying access to adjacent pull-out rooms and a new accessible restroom with changing area. Work performed included carpentry, floor cover, ceramic tile, paint, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire alarm.
