San Gabriel Elementary School Modernization

RSH Construction was heavily involved with the design phase assisting with gathering grades and providing value engineering.  The project included the modernization of an entire campus, (7) buildings in total.  We worked closely with the district to develop phasing as this project was completed on an active campus.  This project included the modernization and ADA improvements with a complete gut of the buildings and put back of new lights, HVAC, plumbing, technology, windows, doors, roofing, casework and interior finishes.  Site improvements included re-work of parking lots and bus drop off area.
